Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging charges from your carrier may apply to SMS messages you receive from DirtyDegree.

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and settings:

• MFA Codes: Sent only when you request authentication
• Security Alerts: Sent when security events occur (typically infrequent)
• Account Notifications: Sent based on your account activity
• Service Updates: Sent occasionally for important announcements

You are responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.

SMS messages are delivered through our SMS service provider (Twilio) and are supported by major carriers in the United States and internationally. Standard carrier messaging rates apply.

If you are experiencing issues receiving SMS messages:

• Verify your phone number is correct in your account settings
• Check that your carrier supports SMS messaging
• Ensure you have not blocked DirtyDegree's number
• Contact your carrier to confirm SMS delivery is enabled
